Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst
This position supports the international accounting department at DSW‘s Head Office in Hannover, with the candidate’s main area of responsibility being the financial project management for DSW’s „Brussels/International Affairs“ department.

His/her tasks will include:
• Preparation of financial reports to public and international donors in English language
• Consolidated multinational non-profit fund/ project accounting, preparation of annual financial statements
• Monitoring of project based cash flow plans and monthly budget monitoring for international projects, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Contribution to project budgeting for new projects

We expect:
• Accounting degree with prior commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in cost centre accounting/project accounting and experienced in budget preparation and monitoring
• Fluency in German and English
• Prior experience with projects supported by the European Union
• Strong skills with MS Excel and MS Office
