projects in the areas of education, biodiversity conservation, renewable
energy, agriculture and water management, women, and cultural heritage
preservation. Pragya is currently operating in India, Nepal and Kenya in

We invite
applications for the following position:
Position:
Team Member (Project Monitoring)
Salary: INR
240,000 to 300,000 p.a.
Location:
Gurgaon, India
Last Date:
30 September, 2011.
Role:
1.
Monitoring:
a.
Monitoring of physical progress of projects as per the project LFA
b.
Assessment of impact at different project locations
c. Identify
bottlenecks and work with Project teams to solve any problems in the
field.
2.
Documentation of progress and preparing reports for stakeholders
3. Maintain
records and documents as per the norms.
Person
Specification:
The person
will be required to be very self motivated and should ideally possess the
following:
a. Two plus
years of experience in the sector, working in similar roles
b. Masters
degree or equivalent in development or a related field
c. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge of Hindi
d. Happy to
travel to remote locations
e. The right
to live and work in India
