To achieve excellence in its livelihoods programmes, ITC is looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated professional to spearhead its sustainable livelihoods initiatives by promoting micro-enterprises and livestock development.
 

Functional Area: Programme Management/ animal husbandry/ micro-enterprise development

Responsibilities
• Develop market-based livelihoods initiatives through village institutions
• Develop, implement and maintain robust systems and processes for project and financial management in order to improve operational efficiencies
• Develop partner relationships and support our partners’ capacity and abilities in programme management
• Develop, implement and maintain a strong MIS system to capture key impacts

Qualification
Experience in the area of SHGs, especially in micro-enterprises, animal husbandry and market based activities through village institutions.
• Experience in the area of sourcing, production planning and logistics will be a distinct advantage.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills in English, including computing skills.
• Ability to undertake unaccompanied travel in interior rural areas.
• Post Graduate in Rural Management, Rural Development, Social Work from a reputed institution
• 3-5 years of experience
