Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates having good academic record with Doctoral Degree with atleast 4 years of experience of teaching or research. Candidates for Community Medicine, with MD qualification may also apply.

Job Description
1. Teaching
The faculty is assigned courses. They plan, design pedagogy, develop course material, teach, and evaluate students.
2. Research
• Conceptualize, plan, design and conduct research in health systems management and services.
• Write proposals for grants implement research projects and supervise data collection, analysis and prepare report.
• Network with the donor agencies.
• Dissemination of research findings
3. Training
The Institutes offer series of Management Development Programs in the areas related to management, research, program management, hospitals etc. each faculty has to plan and conduct MDPs during the year in consultation with the Director of the respective institutes.
4. Institutional Activities – Faculty participates in the institutional activities as a part of decentralized management and delegation of the responsibilities.
5. Networking with the health systems and clients
6. Self development

Compensation
