Set up the IT guidelines and operational parameters for the entire
IT infrastructure which involves protection of intellectual
property, computers, peripheral devices, telecommunications,
servers, internet and all data centers

Ensure that the technology standards of the company will be able to
provide its technical requirements, as the primary decision maker

Ensure that all technology in the business is functioning for
optimal workforce productivity

Allocate specific roles to each member of the team for both
hardware and software subdivides

Liaise with Institutional Capacity Building team for policy
formation, as per requirement, for function area

Identify improvement opportunities

Liaise with other enabling functions for a smooth functioning of
the organization

Help in preparing required presentations for leadership review

Ensure that the Function’s vision is synchronized with the
