The Eurasia Foundation (EF), an international non-profit organization supporting the development of civil society and private enterprise in the Eurasia region, seeks to fill the following position: Communications Coordinator He/she manages the EF website and social media channels, develops electronic and print publications, drafts press releases, supports event planning and execution, and promotes knowledge sharing and internal communications throughout the EF Network. The Communications Coordinator also supports communication efforts for the US-Russia Civil Society Partnership Program. He/she will create a website to promote the activities and achievements of the program, provide communications support for annual conferences, publish a bi-month newsletter and produce outreach materials.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a
minimum 5 years relevant experience required. Superior writing and editing
skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects and successfully meet
deadlines while quickly producing high quality work is essential. Publications,
production and vendor management experience highly desirable. Fluency in Russian
as well as previous civil society program experience in the former Soviet Union
desirable. Software skills required: advanced MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite
(including InDesign and Photoshop), Emma email marketing and Drupal or similar
