The “Sahakaara Pragati” project, a Public Private Partnership with Govt. of AP, aims at computerising the PACS and also introducing several financial services from Banks, Insurance companies and Procurement agencies.

Job Description:
• Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management
• Responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders of the project which includes District administration, government departments, Business Partners (insurance, banking and other verticals)
• Planning and achieving sales targets and credit recoveries from the beneficiaries
• Overall management of the branch including Technical, Operational, Financial, HR Related, vendor management and beneficiary servicing aspects in the project
• Leading and supervising the sales teams, planning and implementation of sales related activities to drive volume and programme visibility and reach
• Day to day project assessment and site visits, especially in rural areas.
• Coordinate with Finance, project and admin teams at corporate office to ensure effective implementation of various activities

Desired profile
• At least 3-5 years of experience in leading a team, day to day operations at a branch and business development with experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Must have proven track record in Sales & Marketing
• Team player and self motivated
• Should possess Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership qualities, Positive attitude, Result oriented
• Experienced decision making, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent spoken and wriiten skills in English and Telugu is must
• Should be willing to travel based to project areas
• Proficiency on MS Office and Internet.
