Background:
The Brooke (www.thebrooke.org) is one of the world’s leading UK based
equine welfare organization dedicated to achieving the welfare of
working equines (horses, donkeys and mules) that suffer most in the
world, and protecting the livelihoods of millions of poor people in
developing countries who earn their livelihood from these animals. The
Brooke India is currently working in the state of Andhra Pradesh,
Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. The organization is
likely to start partnership programs in Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir
and Himachal Pradesh.
Brooke India has planned to expand the
existing operational areas and potential new locations across India for
new partnership development in the following states:

operations in above districts in the area of Equine (horses, mules,
donkeys) /Animal Welfare please send your Expression of Interest/Intent
taking into account the following Terms of Reference for development of
partnership with Brooke India:

9.
Name/address and contact of Organizations CA
10.
List
of Governing Board Members with qualification and address
11.
Mission, Vision, Objectives and Bye laws of the organization
12.
Major Donors of the organization
13.
Volume of funds received in the last 3 years with name of donor
agencies
14.
Major Project undertaken since inception
15.
Project running at present
16.
Infrastructure available
17.
Total no. of paid employees( with brief profile) in the organization
with organogram and salary structure at different levels
18.
Purpose and Intent of applying for the advertised project with
previous experience of handling such projects, if any
19.
At
least 2 references with address and contact numbers who can validate
the work done by the organization in the past 3 years. (These should
not be from the governing board of the organization)
