 The Position

We are seeking an accomplished Bond and Derivatives Markets Expert to join our project teams on short term intermittent assignments for ongoing and upcoming projects.  The minimum requirements for this position are as follows: 

1. A masters degree in a related field such as business, law, economics or public policy/administration;
2. A minimum of 10 years of international consulting experience in the field of financial sector development, working on donor agency funded technical assistance projects;
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a financial sector regulatory agency in an advanced country regulating bond and or/derivative markets;
