Invitation to Consultants to Conduct

Training (TOT) in Adult Learning Methodology

Action for Enterprise specializes in private sector development for poverty alleviation.  Our field programs in Africa and Asia support value chain market actors (such as buyers of agricultural products, input supply companies, etc) to organize training programs for the producers they source from or sell to. We are looking for a US-based consultant to conduct “training of trainers” (TOT) workshops for our local staff, as well as for the staff of some of the market actors we work with. We would like to conduct several 3 to 5 day TOT workshops (adapted to our needs) over the next six months in our country offices.

Interested candidates should be based in the U.S. and be experienced in participatory adult learning techniques such as learning objectives, session plans, visual aids, group work, practical demonstrations, etc. Please send an email with qualifications to TOTrecruit@actionforenterprise.org no later than September 10th, 2011.
