Founded in 1993, Women for Women International has served more than 250,000 women, and distributed millions of dollars in direct aid, microcredit loans and other program services. In 2010, with an annual budget of approximately $30 million, Women for Women International will serve more than 45,000 women throughout Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria, Rwanda and Sudan, and build one-to-one connections with more than 45,000 sponsors in throughout the US and 55 other countries.
THE SEARCH
Design, Installation and Implementation of an
appropriate Irrigation system in the Commercial Integrated Farming Initiative Projects in Rwanda, Sudan, and the DRC
Women for Women International is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified companies for an irrigation project at its three farms in South Sudan, with a possible extension to similar farms in Rwanda and the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
