UNITAID is seeking Proposals from qualified organizations to perform an implementation of mid-term reviews of UNITAID-supported projects, bid reference 2010.005. Please find the Terms of Reference and confidentiality undertaking document for this consultancy on UNITAID's web site

We would like to draw your attention to the tight timeframe as per section 3.3.3 of the Terms of Reference. The consultancy is planned to start on 1 September 2010.
We believe that it is critical that the prospective service provider shall be a public institution, a private company or an international consulting group or individual, or a combination of these, operating within the global public health architecture with proven expertise in project appraisal, public health financing or development area, strategic development and implementation or organizational performance improvement.
