NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALfor
STRENGTHENING OF STATE HEALTH INSTITUTE OF FAMILY WELFARE, UTTARAKHAND
Uttarakhand Health and Family Welfare Society (UKHFWS), Dehradun invites
the proposals from the interested and eligible Agencies/ Organizations
for drafting a strategy for strengthening of the State Institute of
Health & Family Welfare (SIHFW), Uttarakhand situated in Haldwani.
The
Agency/ Organization must have previous
experience of assessing similar academic and/ or educational institutes
preferably managed by Indian, State governments or corporate firms.
The agency must have registration no of Sales
Tax and VAT/TIN number (copies of the registration certificates to be
submitted).
The
agency is requested to submit the proposal against the Request for
Proposal (RFP) available at the office of UKHFWS from
10th June, 2011
to
29th June, 2011.
All the necessary supporting documents in this regard, also mentioned
below, will have to be submitted along with the Technical proposal.

specifications outlined in these guidelines in the
