Programme Development Advisor: Social Inclusion & Disability

Sightsavers is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated person with proven leadership experience in the area of social inclusion, disability and development. The post will include the development of good practice materials and technical updates for Sightsavers and the disability and development sector. They will manage the technical assistance requirements of country offices in the area of social inclusion and disability and, where appropriate, provide direct technical assistance.

The successful candidate should have significant experience in the disability and development sector and demonstrable experience of influencing, teaching and/or capacity strengthening of disability programmes in developing country settings. Strong networking skills are also essential.
