Kasper Tideman (Dutch national) has 26 years experience as an international consultant & development manager. He lived & worked permanently for over 21 years in Asia (India, Bhutan, Nepal, South East Asia) & Africa (Botswana)

He lives in India since 1993.

Kasper Tideman has been many times team-leader / team-member for international development projects & missions for the Netherlands Ministry of Development Co-operation (DGIS), SNV (Netherlands Development Organization), the European Union, The UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Swiss Development Corporation (SDC), the Botswana Government and several international NGOs such as HIVOS, CARE, CORDAID & NCDO/Wilde Ganzen.

Expertise:
* Identification, formulation, appraisal, monitoring & evaluation of development projects for several sectors
* Institutional Development / Organization Development (ID/OD) & Management Building
