My name is Peter Mulder, I am a consultant and expert in community work, community development and participation processes. I have several years practical experience in working with Roma and mixed (Roma/non-Roma) groups at the local level. This experience has been gained mainly during work on community development projects directed to Roma in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. My key qualifications are:

- Experience in working in inter-cultural environments, gained in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and The Netherlands;
- Experience in applying and adjusting internationally used methods of community development to the Central and Eastern European context;
- Knowledge of, and practical experience in, social work with socially disadvantaged groups;
- Relevant academic background combined with an extensive knowledge of, and practical experience in, community work in Roma and mixed (Roma/non-Roma) communities;
- Experience in training of NGO's, municipalities and local community groups
- Experience in project management (PHARE, Structure Funds)

I am available from July/August, for short-term assignments and long-term assignments on return basis.
