Seeking Project Evaluators for the UNDEF (United Nations Democracy Fund)


The QED Group seeks experienced evaluators to undertake anticipated project evaluations of individual country, regional, or global projects for the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF). The evaluations will aim to assist in UNDEF’s strategic decision-making, and enable stakeholders to determine whether anticipated project outcomes have been achieved.

The evaluators will be responsible for conducting individual project evaluations and comparative evaluations of cluster projects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 -10 years of experience managing or conducting project evaluations, particularly for democracy promotion projects (preferably for UN projects) required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management preferred; experience managing UN projects preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in French required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced degree in political science, development studies, gender studies, human rights, or related fields preferred.
