The QED Group, LLC (QED) is seeking seasoned Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Experts WITH HAITI EXPERIENCE for anticipated short-term (less than one year) or long-term (one year) projects. Candidates MUST SPEAK FRENCH and have at least 5 years of M&E experience e.g. conducting baseline surveys, project assessments, and or evaluating donor projects. Candidates must have the ability to work in challenging environments.
Requirements:
Haiti work experience required.
French proficiency required.
Creole language skills a plus.
At least 5+ years of relevant M&E field experience required
Prior international donor experience required.
Relevant academic qualifications.
Candidates must have strong business writing and communication skills. Applicants must be highly motivated, self-starters, team-players with ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the Haiti context.
