Population Foundation of India (PFI) is a leading Non-Governmental Organization. PFI provides technical, financial and management support to civil society organizations and corporate partners working in the areas of population and reproductive health.

The purpose of this request for Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is to award a grant of up to Rs/ 3 crore for three years to a consortium of non-governmental organizations, for increasing the availability and accessibility of Family Planning and Reproductive and Child Health services in Kishanganj district of Bihar.

The goal of the intervention is to support the Government of Bihar to achieve district wide improvements in demand, access and quality of care for Family Planning (FP) and Reproductive & Child Health services in Kishanganj district of Bihar.
