Nageshwara Charitable Trust (NCT), Centre for Women and Rural Development, is a Nagpur based reputed social organization working since 12 years. NCT is associated with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) since 9 years and implementing almost all women development, Rural development, Tribal Development and Natural Resource Management projects / programmes for it. NCT has promoted over 8600 SHGs, mainly for NABARD, supported over 200 Farmers’ Clubs since its inception. NCT is implementing Tribal Development projects (Wadi Project) for NABARD in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh states.

We are looking to fill the following position:
 

Project Engineer- Watershed project:

Number of Posts 2 : Chhindwara – 1, Nagpur -1

For NABARD sponsored watershed development project in Chand Blcok of Chhindwara and Katol block of Nagpur district. Candidate must be a civil engineer / Agriculture engineer, with minimum 3-5 years experience in watershed project implementation, should be able to handle the project independently, should know watershed project measure works, net planning, good in social mobilization, good in Hindi (for Chhindwars) and Marathi (for Nagpur), good in computer application / software handling. Willing to work for long term.

Hon: Above 14000 PM (Depending upon the capabilities of the candidates) + Travelling, cell allowance and PF as per rules
