Nageshwara Charitable Trust (NCT), Centre for Women and Rural Development, is a Nagpur based reputed social organization working since 12 years. NCT is associated with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) since 9 years and implementing almost all women development, Rural development, Tribal Development and Natural Resource Management projects / programmes for it. NCT has promoted over 8600 SHGs, mainly for NABARD, supported over 200 Farmers’ Clubs since its inception. NCT is implementing Tribal Development projects (Wadi Project) for NABARD in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh states.

(1) Watershed Development:
• Candidate must be a B.E in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience in Watershed Development, computer knowledge, net planning, CAD, community handling/ Gramsabha etc.
• Should be in a position to handle the job independently & professionally.
• Should be ready to work on long term basis.
• Should be ready to work in rural areas of above districts.
• Candidates opt to apply for Maharashtra districts should know to speak, read and write Marathi.

(2) Sanitation Project:

NCT is implementing a unique, first of its kind, sanitation project for NABARD in Rural areas of Nagpur, Wardha, Amravati (Maharashtra), Chhindwara and Seoni (MP) districts. NCT is providing loans to SHG members for construction of toilets. This post is for providing engineering support to SHGs members, guiding them for construction of low cost toilets etc.

• Candidate must be a B.E in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience in civil construction, computer knowledge, CAD, community handling etc.
• Should be in a position to handle the job independently & professionally.
• Should be ready to work on long term basis.
• Should be ready to work in rural areas of above districts.
• Candidates opt to apply for Maharashtra districts should know to speak, read and write Marathi.
