o watershed development programs/managed aquifer recharge;
o climate change and land use impacts;
• apply GIS and remote sensing tools, methods and datasets for mapping watershed development and climate-related impacts on land
use and geohydrology;
• design and implement and/or supervise data collection and analysis; and

You must possess:
• a PhD in the field of hydrogeology/environmental/irrigation/civil engineering or a closely related water resources discipline.

• able to work in a team with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds
• willing to live and work in India
• willing to travel, especially in developing countries in Asia and Africa

It would be useful if you had:
• experience in conservative/reactive solute transport modeling
• experience with modern software languages and code development
• knowledge of soil-water or surface water hydrology principles and models
