International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals. 

As Chief Operating Officer for our Central Office you will lead a large, global focused, multi-disciplinary team of committed professionals and be responsible for driving operational delivery and programme integration against organisational strategy.  Working closely with our Director-General and Senior Volunteers you will inform governance, advocacy and strategy. 

You have significant exposure at Board level to international health or development work and a proven track record galvanising large multi-disciplinary teams. You have a post-graduate management degree (MBA or MSc) or equivalent standard of education. 

You are a dynamic and empowering leader and strategist with strong political/business acumen. To influence a range of stakeholders you have proven high quality interpersonal and advocacy skills and are fluent in English. Other languages an asset. Strong written communication skills to develop policy and procedure are essential.
