Wanted: Local Government Expert for Southern African Country
Seeking services of preferably an Indian Local Government expert, for a 42 month assignment starting in November 2010, with a German International Development Agency working for Malawi Government.
Essential competence: several years of experience in providing advisory services to policy-makers at the national level; technical consulting services in administrative modernization and organizational development for both national and sub-national public institutions; proven competence in the field of knowledge management, network management; intercultural sensitivity and high frustration tolerance; hands-on working experience in African continent/ rural areas desirable; good command of English.
Negotiable package with four figure Euro Net Salary, housing, medical insurance, education for children and paid annual home holidays for family.
