center. It’s been engaged in quality research & training providing
directions to health systems in India and abroad. The Institute offers
Post Graduate Program in Hospital, Health, Pharma & Rural Management.
Invites
applications for below positions:-
Accounts & Finance Manager:
Qualifications:
CA
with 5-7
years of relevant work experience.
·
Capable of independently handling Accounts, Financial
Planning, MIS, Project Accounting, Costing, Finalizing of Balance
Sheet, Reconciliation, Finalizing budgets, Income Tax Laws etc.
·
Knowledge of SAP accounting software.
·
Experience in Research/education industry shall be
preferred.
·
Strong management skills required to interact in a
leading organization.
Admin & Personnel Manager:
Qualifications:
MBA/MSW or similar degree
with 5-7
years of relevant work experience.
·
Capable of independently handling entire gamut of
Administration & Personnel activities with execution of new and
existing policies and systems & sound knowledge of computers.
·
Knowledge of SAP software.
·
Will handle the Legal Issues and do the liaison with
Govt. Depts.
·
Capable of handling the logistics part.
·
Experience in Research/education industry shall be
preferred.
·
Strong management skills required to interact in a
leading organization.
Executive Academic:
Qualifications:
MBA with at least 2 years of work experience.
·
Define the institute’s academic model, its core
non-negotiable tenants and its instructional strategies.
·
Identify required improvements and drive their
definition and implementation.
·
Supervise campus principals to ensure adherence to key
academic policies/strategies.
·
Create communities of practice with staff across the
institute.
·
Participate in institute’s annual budgeting and
strategic planning process to ensure adequate incorporation of academic
priorities.
·
Drive institute curriculum development and define
required level of consistency/autonomy.
·
Ensure consistent implementation of established
curriculum.
·
Ensure curriculum alignment to academic standards.
·
Ensure strong, consistent interim assessment systems,
including assessment development and the process to analyze results and
drive required improvements.
·
Set organizational staffing model priorities and
requirements.
·
Oversee development and implementation of the
organization’s professional development program, student interim
assessment results.
·
Significant expertise in setting and managing academic
goals.
·
Advanced degree in education or a related field
Junior Software Programmer:
Qualifications:
Graduate or higher degree in Computer Science/Information technology.
Microsoft certificate will be an added advantage. With 1-2 years of
experience.
·
The
candidate will develop application on .NET platform, provide support
for E-learning application and provide support for SAP B1.
·
Skills set
required: - C#, VB, VB.NET, Sql Server 2008, TSQL, MS Access.
Age Limit
– Not more than 35 years.
