Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR JAIPUR), currently is a pioneer Institute in the area of healthcare management research. It’s been engaged in quality research providing directions to health systems in India and abroad. The Institute offers Post Graduate Program in Hospital, Health & Pharma Management, which is ranked #1 in India. 

Invites applications for various below positions:- 

Faculty Positions- Candidates having good academic record with Doctoral Degree with atleast 4 years of experience of teaching or research. In below disciplines:-

·         Pharma Management

·         Rural Management

Brief Job Description:

1.      Teaching

The faculty is assigned courses. They plan, design pedagogy, develop course material, teach, and evaluate students.

2.      Research

·         Conceptualize, plan, design and conduct research in health systems management and services.

·         Write proposals for grants implement research projects and supervise data collection, analysis and prepare report.

·         Network with the donor agencies.

·         Dissemination of research findings

3.      Training

The Institutes offer series of Management Development Programs in the areas related to management, research, program management, hospitals etc. each faculty has to plan and conduct MDPs during the year in consultation with the Director of the respective institutes.

4.      Institutional Activities – Faculty participates in the institutional activities as a part of decentralized management and delegation of the responsibilities.

5.      Networking with the health systems and clients

Hostel Executive: Preferably degree in Hotel Management with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Brief Job Profile:

·         Get to know all the students in your living unit and encourage and refer them, when necessary, to the proper campus service and provide follow-up after referral.

·         Supervising household cleaning staff for cleaning of hostel and other residential places.

·         Maintain room inventories and living unit rosters.

·         Arranging travel for students for other official visits.

·         Discuss the reasons for having rules and regulations and advise students of all Institute policies and adhere to all rules and regulations in personal conduct.

·         Document and confront all those who fail to adhere to the rules and regulations and refer them to the appropriate judicial authority.

·         Inform students of fire and safety precautions, and check fire equipment daily.

·         Be available to respond to emergencies and student concerns and familiar with Emergency Procedures and be able to respond appropriately.

·         Report building damages immediately and determine students' responsibility.

·         Update records and file forms.

·         Complete and follow-up maintenance reports on a timely basis.

·         Facilitate, coordinate or present with the senior for students events or programs.

·         Work closely with all other staff to resolve problems.

·         Candidate must have strong supervisory skills, administrative and computer skills also a must.

 

Executive Computer Program: BE/B.Tech with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Brief Job Profile:

·         Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.

·         Refine data and format final product.

·         Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.

·         Test and develop programming modifications.

·         Write new program code using prescribed specifications.

·         Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.

·         Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.

·         Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.

·         Write and maintain programming documentation.

·         Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.

·         Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.

·         Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.

·         Other duties as assigned.
