Background Of our Client 

Our Client is a Global Organization working on a PPP with Govt of India, and the private sector.

The organization has its expanse across geography and cultures. Currently, it is working on a partnership with the MoRD in Livelihood Enhancement for inclusive growth. 

Job Overview 

The job entails the incumbent to be able to implant the programmes and operational delivery in the state. Relationship with the partners at the state level and ensuring the quality standards of the training programmes. End to end management of the programme with all the key stake holders. 

Essential duties 

·         Support management and monitoring of the program on Livelihood Enhancement through skill development

·         Participate and contribute in the operational planning processes across the state

·         Lead on designing and implementing state level initiatives in the areas of direct delivery, capacity building, advocacy and technical assistance aimed at impacting the target group

·         Production and Management of the state plan ensuring all activities and tasks

·         Risk management within the state ensuring these are captured and mitigated

·         Report Progress to the Programme Manager

·         Ensure the development and implementation of a structured performance management and review cycle for all programme staff members

·         Lead on development and roll out of capacity building plan for programme stafff

·         Ensuring proper documentation & dissemination of information relating to the programmes 

·         Oversee the M&E and impact evaluation of the programmes

·         Engaging key partners and stakeholders for timely and efficient delivery of the state targets

·         Work closely with the SIRD, DRDA, PRI and other Govt Departments to ensure smooth operations and roll out

·         Work with the development team to identify newer business opportunities in the state

·         And lead the roll out and review of the project implementation plan for the state

·         Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key government, non government and training partners 

Key Requirements:

The incumbent should have:

• Extensive knowledge of the development progarmmes of the social sector

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, capacity building, and operations

• Strong networking with the State Govt departments and subsequently in the districts

• Post Graduate-level Degree in Social Sciences/ Social Work

• Ability and willingness to work simultaneously: a) through state level and national priorities,

• Fluent written and spoken English, Fluency in your local language and working knowledge of Hindi highly preferred

• Excellent IT, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Experience of working in the training and development space highly preferred
