Background Of our Client 

Our Client is a Global Organization working on a PPP with Govt of India, and the private sector.

The organization has its expanse across geography and cultures. Currently, it is working on a partnership with the MoRD in Livelihood Enhancement for inclusive growth. 

Job Overview 

Identify and engage key national employers, developing multiple senior level with private and the public sector. Develop demand-led services around the ‘Employment Lifecycle’ and additional business support solutions and implementing strong systems and procedures to enable an increasing outcome volume through improved penetration and cross-selling of services. 

Essential Duties & responsibilities 

  • Understanding the demand led service sector and facilitating customer and business requirements via an operational network.

  • Developing strong relationship with key employers in the public & private sector for providing employment opportunities to the skilled workforce.

  • Building strong operations network for maximizing opportunities by involving multiple stakeholders – group of entrepreneurs, government at various levels, community organizations, banks, Corporate, private sector bodies etc.

  • Formalizing employment tie ups by successful partnership with employers (both in the public & private sector) 

  • Overseeing national account delivery against agreed customer service levels and KPI’s, ensuring best-practice is transferred and improvement plans implemented as appropriate

  • Developing highly effective working relationships for communicating employer requirements effectively and reviewing service provision
     

Key Requirements:

The incumbent should have:

  • Experience of high level employer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of the public & the private sector
  • High networking abilities
  • Explicit understanding of the demand led services sector.
  • Good communications skills
  • Capability to deliver sales through service, replicating best-practice to increase business opportunities
  • Ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ and understand the dynamics of delivering employer-led services combining employment and skills
  • Analytical approach to information, ability to identify key trends in the labor market
