Currently, it is working on a partnership with the MoRD in Livelihood
Enhancement for inclusive growth.
Job Overview
The job
entails leading, implementing and driving solutions to business covering
6 operational states – Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkland
and Orissa. Ensuring accurate project and programme resourcing decisions
are made through the use of permanent project resources, functional and
operational experts and fixed term contractors. Examining the industry
climate and overseeing the decisions about investment through reporting
of all change activity.
Essential Duties & responsibilities
-
Designing the Target Operating Model for the new business set up
ensuring the optimum operational performance
-
Set
up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the quality processes
-
Defining the Programme Acceptance Criteria by the stakeholders and
ensuring that the Programme Deliverables meet the Business Requirements
and satisfy the Business case
-
Lead
the execution of the launch plan and achieve the critical success
parameters identified and Work at improving operations and technical
performance and to measure and manage program milestones
-
Help
the Business Users to perform user acceptance testing on behalf of the
Operation ensuring usability post implementation.

Member of the Programme Board to continually assess the Programme
outputs in line with the target Operating Model.

Providing Operational Solution and ongoing Management of the Operating
model and BAU operations.

Management of Key Stakeholders including Customers, Partners, Employers
-
Identify and manage operational risks
and
report progress against risk mitigation and contingency planning
-
Ensure that formal reviews are carried out at appropriate points in the
Programme
-
Build
good working relationships with all key stakeholders
Key Requirements:
The incumbent should have:
·
Rich experience in the Private sector and in public sector with an
understanding of the PPP model of work.
·
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and
evaluate detailed information

Commercially minded, financially astute with experience of using
financial systems including budgeting and forecasting to produce high
quality documents, correspondence, and reports

Strong organization and planning skills and able to demonstrate the
ability to prioritize high volume workloads

Confidence to prepare and present information at a senior level both
internally & externally

Tenacious and results driven and with the flexibility to adapt to an
ever changing environment
