Position Overview:
Feedback Ventures P Limited is in the process of finalising its social business division, in order to further its core purpose of making difference to communities & countries. This not-for-profit entity shall undertake community engagement mandates with the aim of fostering inclusive growth for all infrastructural advancements.

The incumbent would be the Business Head for this Foundation and will be entrusted with the task of identification of new opportunities and also lead the effective execution of projects.

The incumbent will report to the trustees of the Foundation. In addition, the person will also contribute as a senior member of the leadership team in matters relating to strategy. In short, the person will be the custodian for achieving all the stated objectives of this business.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Evolve and strategize plans for achievement of goals & objectives of this business.
• Actively liaison and maintain good relations with the key policy makers, government bodies and external stakeholders
• As a business head, carry out in-depth analysis of the domain and identify potential areas for growth.
• Be abreast with the policy developments in the industry.
• Be actively involved in the over viewing of the projects undertaken.
• Ensure quality in all stages of each service offering
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery of projects and programs.

Critical experience required:
• Should possess strong business acumen and a strategic vision.
• Bring strong established relationships with industry, policy makers and institutional bodies.
• Possess the leadership quality to lead the team.
• Comprehensive project management and execution skills.
• Ability to understand business imperatives and manage external environment.
• Have a good sense of the business financials including budgeting and costing.
• Team building and general management skills to develop and retain skilled professionals.

Key attributes required:
• The ideal incumbent would be a MBA from a premier business school and possess a degree from a reputed college with at least 15 – 20 years of experience in the development sector.
• Strong understanding of the domestic business environment.
• Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution focus.
• Good understanding of all aspects of business.
• Should possess high energy, self drive and should demonstrate entrepreneurial drive coupled with a positive can-do attitude.
• Very good inter personal abilities and charisma.
