innovation. We are professionalising analysis by constantly developing our
models and methodology.
Division is responsible for the political risk analysis of all countries in the
sub-Saharan region. We are looking for a senior forecaster to join our Africa
team in London. The role is cross-regional, although West Africa
expertise is particularly desirable. Division responsibilities include both
in-depth analysis of country and regional issues and the management of a team of
remote country analysts.

Africa team at meetings, client briefings and in media appearances when
country/expertise to develop a particular specialisation

tailored client reports
produce tailored client reports for countries within the Africa region.
task and manage a number of remote analysts working on the Africa region.
experience of working on and in sub-Saharan Africa. This may include government
and diplomatic postings, business and finance, non-governmental and
international organisations, security and armed forces. The candidate should
have excellent knowledge of economic/financial and political issues of the
region. In-depth understanding of West Africa is particularly desirable.
should hold a postgraduate degree; concentration on sub-Saharan Africa is
Fluency in at
least one local language and an ability to read and communicate in French.
