Project Manager / Organizational Developer

Job Profile
As Organizational Developer with denkmodell you will
▪ Provide consultancy services in the fields of change management, organizational development, project management, capacity building and leadership development
▪ Conduct trainings in managerial and personal skills
▪ Facilitate workshops, seminars and events
In the capacity of a Project Manager you will
▪ Draft tenders, concepts and methodological approaches tailored to our clients’ needs
▪ Design and develop consultancy methodologies
▪ Responsibly manage a portfolio of consultancy projects along denkmodell standards

Requirements
▪ At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in relevant areas such as: change management, facilitation of change processes, strategy development, systemic organizational development, training, monitoring and evaluation, e-learning
▪ Advanced training in Gestalt-oriented or systemic organizational development (or equivalent)
▪ Ample experience in design and facilitation of workshops and trainings
▪ Experience in project management and drafting of tenders
▪ Exposure to international cooperation with bi- and multilateral organizations (experience in the Maghreb region is an asset)
▪ Familiarity with the private sector is an advantage
▪ Fluency in English and French, working knowledge of German
▪ Team-oriented working style with excellent self-organization
▪ Willingness and ability to travel abroad
