About Don Bosco Tech Society
DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.

Job Description
• To provide technical training in electrical domain to underprivileged youth for employability.
• To mobilize/conduct outreach activity for dropout unemployed youth for the training programme and motivate them to become electricians / entrepreneurs.
• To understand the existing content of the curriculum and deliver it effectively in the classroom.
• To conduct internal assessments of youth on a weekly basis as per the assessment pattern set up for the domain.
• Organize on-the-job trainings/industry exposure visit for the youth.
• To ensure the entire technical content designed is delivered in the classroom within the three months of training.
• Network with the industry and tie-up for placement opportunities and ensure placement for the trained youth.

Qualification and Experience
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical with minimum 6 years of experience in electrical industry.
• He should have field experience on house/ building wiring, knowledge on electrical products, exposure to electrical maintenance and repairs.

Job Requirement
Strong interpersonal skills and team player
Proficient in written and spoken English
Knowledge of local language.

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
