Children International (CI) is a US based child sponsorship organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and meeting the needs of impoverished children and families. CI works across Asia, Africa & Latin America.

CI requires an AGENCY DIRECTOR for the SAHAY Sponsorship Program in Calcutta.

Agency Director
Reporting to the Board of Directors of SAHAY and the Asia Regional Office of Children International, the incumbent would be entirely responsible for the Sponsorship Program. This includes field operations, finance and procurement, sponsor relations, FCRA legalities, statutory, legal compliances and administrative matters. Candidate should be an MBA/ MSW/ PG in social work, with emphasis on management and finance. Should have at least five years experience in managing a NGO with a proven track record in managing funds, people, information systems and external agencies.

Computer literacy & proficiency in English is necessary for the position.

Gross emoluments: Rs 12 Lacs p.a.
