Human Resources Management Specialist – Talent Acquisition – HR & Admin. Department

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual from its Members Countries to fill the position of Human Resources Management Specialist – Talent Acquisition in the Human Resources and Administration Department at their Headquarters in Barbados.

CDB is a multilateral Development Bank that collaborates with its Borrowing Member Countries to promote sustainable social and economic development, economic cooperation and regional integration.

The Role

• The Human Resources Management Specialist, Talent Acquisition (HRMS) is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, enhancing the Bank's visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets and helping to position the Bank as an employer of choice among target candidates. This position must provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to CDB to coordinate Talent Acquisition activities that are in line with the Bank's strategic direction and core values.

• The HRMS creates and executes talent acquisition processes consistent with the Bank’s goals and business objectives, including the delivery of the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process (source, screen, coordinate, hire, onboard, measure).

The Candidate

• Eligible candidates will have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social or Behavioural Science. A recognized professional HRM certification such as the PHR, SPHR, CHRP, CIPD is desirable.

• Candidates should have at least eight (8) years’ relevant experience designing and leading talent acquisition functions with broad experience and demonstrated competence in the other areas of the human resource management discipline. Work experience in an institution operating in a multicultural environment would be an asset.
