The private sector has a critical role to play in reducing poverty. CARE’s private sector engagement team is recruiting a Corporate Partnerships Manager to help expand and build on our innovative work with the private sector to leverage resources, improve policies and practices and to challenge market systems to be more inclusive, creating real and better opportunities for poor people.
As Corporate Partnership Manager you will already have a keen interest in and understanding of the role of business in development. You will be responsible for ensuring continued growth and innovation of CARE’s engagement with business. You will manage our portfolio of corporate partnerships and work closely with the Private Sector Advisors to develop engaging, innovative and deliverable corporate partnerships proposals.
You will be an excellent people manager with a strategic mind. You will have significant experience of high value corporate fundraising including a proven track record of new business development with considerable experience of budget, project and contract management. You will be an excellent communicator, and be confident in negotiation, influencing and networking with a wide range of stakeholders.
