The Role
Would you like an opportunity to travel extensively overseas, with a balance of working independently and as part of a dynamic team? This exciting role involves delivering training to veterinary and other animal health staff throughout the Brooke’s countries of operation. Innovation and improvement is encouraged, and the VTA will be expected to continue to develop our approaches to supporting the lifelong learning of our veterinary staff worldwide.
Criteria
You will need to have broad experience of equine practice, and a genuine enthusiasm and commitment to improving working equid welfare. We need people who have experience and skills to deal with a range of challenges that working in our countries of operation might bring, and are motivated to engage and work with animals and people in these environments. In order to excel in this post you will need to have a progressive approach to learning and teaching that goes far beyond the concept of delivering lectures!
