HIV Technical & Project Management - Various Positions

Aspen Medical has responded to an invitation to provide ad hoc technical support to programs, projects and activities funded through the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). In preparation for specific requests, Aspen Medical is seeking to grow its database of experts available for assignments of varying periods in the 2010-2015 period in the following areas:

Business Services
Capacity building with local organizations to administer finance, grants, contracts, procurement, records management, etc.

Developing and delivering training and coaching in a range of business services

Developing/validating/evaluating organizational systems

Development of assessment tools for measuring organization systems and levels of organizational development

Training
Development and delivery of training programs to build capacity and sustainability within local organizations

Development and delivery of train-the-trainer competencies

Program Activities
Technical support and institutional capacity building for government agencies and local partners for programs focused on prevention, care and treatment, surveillance services and programs with a focus on transitioning full management and support of these services to local partners

Technical assistance in program areas across a range of at-risk age groups and populations with particular emphasis on pediatric HIV and PMTCT services
