 Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor

AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi and Lucknow offices for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrated. Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor


A senior Indian professional to provide technical leadership to a team of professionals who will in coordination with the Delhi office develop M&E plans and systems, implement project baseline and end-line research studies, design and oversee implementation of qualitative studies, and design and oversee collection of project monitoring data which will related behavior impacts across the project’s programmatic areas in UP. Knowledge and experience in designing and managing M&E systems and expertise in state-of-the-art qualitative and quantitative research techniques are required. Experience with USAID-funded projects is required. A master’s in the following or related fields; evaluation or research, statistics, sociology, demography.- and at least 7 years’ experience in working in research or M&E in a senior capacity are required. Familiarity with the Indian social/health research environment is highly desirable. Expertise in using relevant advanced computer software such as SPSS, is required.
