 AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi and Lucknow offices for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrated. Knowledge Management Advisor
A senior Indian professional to lead the project’s communication, knowledge management and sharing within the project and it’s various offices as well as with the client, the public health and communications community locally and globally. Familiarity with health issues such as HIV/AIDS, TB, child survival, reproductive health and family planning (RH/FP) and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) is required. Master’s degree in one of the following or related fields is required: journalism, social sciences, information communication technology (IE), or public health; At least 8 years experience in a similar role with a large scale project. Expertise and experience in a senior capacity working with print, mass media, ICTs and other electronic media required.
