 Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
 AED

 AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi and Lucknow offices for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrated. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
An Indian professional to be part of a M and E team of professionals who will plan , develop and implement M&E plans and systems, implement project baseline and end-line research studies, design and oversee implementation of qualitative studies, and design and oversee the collection of project monitoring data which will relate to behavioral impacts across the project’s programmatic areas. Knowledge and experience in designing, training and managing related M&E systems and expertise in state-of-the-art qualitative and quantitative research techniques and data analysis, are required. A master’s in the following or related fields, statistics, sociology, demography and at least 5 years’ experience in working in research or M&E in are required. Familiarity with the Indian social/research environment is desirable. Expertise in using relevant computer software, such as SPCC, required.
