AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi and Lucknow offices for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrated. Institutional Strengthening Specialist
An Indian professional to be responsible for institutional strengthening activities as part of a team which will provide IS and capacity building support to public and private health sector organizations involved in the project. A Master’s degree in one of the following or related fields required: organizational development and management, public administration, or public health. At least 5 years experience designing and implementing health or BCC institutional strengthening and capacity building activities required.
