Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS) Programme is an initiative of UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID) to work with civil society in India to improve the uptake of rights and entitlements by women and socially excluded communities. PACS covers 120 districts across Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and West Bengal.  

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited for developing the PACS Monitoring and Evaluation System. Interested agencies can download the EOI application form, Terms of Reference and other relevant documents from the website www.pacsindia.org
