Reporting to : CEO
Core Purpose of the Role : To provide Strategic Leadership to the HR function in developing and sustaining Excellence in HR practices

Roles & Responsibilities :
• To ensure an organization wide alignment towards the Vision, Mission and Values of LVPEI
• To develop Best of Class HR processes
• To select, develop and retain a high performance, motivated team working in a conducive environment

Key Success Factors/Performance Indicators :
• Organisation wide cascading of Vision, Mission and Values
• Development of Strategic HR Initiatives
• Ensuring continuous development and training initiatives across all levels
• Work Environment Survey Indices
• ‘A’ Performers ratio to total employees
• Retention of key employees
• Compliance to statutory norms


Education & Experience :
• MBA with specialisation in HR
• Currently in a senior HR role with a medium/large sized organization having an employee strength of more than 400-500
• More than 15 years experience

Key Technical Competencies :
• Strong competence in the latest global HR practices
• Understanding of statutory requirements/compliances
• Ability to manage administrative processes well
• Understanding/experience of healthcare service delivery will be preferable though not a limiting condition
• Ability to understand and get along well with very senior people, most of whom are eminent doctors
