Subject: - Appointment of Various consultants (Contractual for one year contract service) under World Bank assisted National Vector Borne Disease control Support project at State levels.

Ref: - Letter No. 14-4/2008-09/NVBDCP/VBD/WB/PMU/Consultants Appt.III states, Government of India, Directorate of National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, Delhi on dated 21^st June 2010.

Under the Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, State Health Society (Sub Society Malaria), invites application from the eligible candidates for the state level consultants posts as mentioned in the following table.

The details of eligibility conditions are as follows: -

Consultant M & E	1	65	MBBS with post Graduate Degree in preventive Social Medicine/ Community medicine/ Public health/ CHA.	3 years experience in the area of specialization of which at least 1 year should preferably in public health programme or post graduate degree in Zoology/ Life sciences with 5 years experience in the field of Vector Borne Disease Control & Health Programme monitoring.	Rs. 35000/-
2.	Consultant (Procurement and Supply chain)	1	65	Degree in materials management/ logistics/ Accounting/ finance	Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and knowledge of procurement rules of Government and guidelines.	Rs. 25000/-
3.	Consultant              (Financial Management)	1	65	Post Graduate degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.	2-3 years of experience in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting system.	Rs. 25000/-
4.	Consultant (Entomology)	1	65	Post graduate degree in Zoology (Entomology) / Life science. Life science candidates must have Zoology as one of the subjects at Graduate level.	Minimum 3 years experience of implementing vector control strategies preferably in the VBD candidate having experience in health programme monitoring, training shall be given preference.	Rs. 35000/-

 

 “The recruitment for the posts is completely on contractual basis. On being selected the candidates shall enter into service contract agreement for one year. After the expiry of contract period, the service tenure may be extended further subject to the satisfactory performance.”
