Academic Officer- B.Ed with at least 3 years of relevant work experience


Brief Job Profile:
• Define the institute’s academic model, its core non-negotiable tenants and its instructional
• strategies
• Identify required improvements and drive their definition and implementation
• Supervise campus principals to ensure adherence to key academic policies/strategies
• Create communities of practice with staff across the institute
• Participate in institute’s annual budgeting and strategic planning process to ensure
• adequate incorporation of academic priorities
• Drive institute curriculum development and define required level of consistency/autonomy
• Ensure consistent implementation of established curriculum
• Ensure curriculum alignment to academic standards
• Set annual and five-year institute programmatic performance goals
• Ensure strong, consistent interim assessment systems, including assessment development
• and the process to analyze results and drive required improvements
• Set organizational staffing model priorities and requirements
• Oversee development and implementation of the organization’s professional development
• program, student interim assessment results
• Support, monitor, and maintain the quality of faculty recruitment
• Significant expertise in setting and managing academic goals,
• Advanced degree in education or a related field
.


Examination Officer-B.Ed with at least 3 years of relevant work experience


Brief Job Profile:
• Responsibility for the administration, organization and smooth running of examinations.
• To be responsible for the daily running of examinations and to inform the head administration about arrangements that need to be made for furniture in examination rooms.
• To create and provide information about the invigilation timetable and the examination timetable.
• To brief invigilators on examination procedures and conduct, and to produce guidelines for staff and pupils.
• To complete examination entries using IT wherever possible and ensuring manual back up as appropriate.
• To work closely with academics dept. for examinations in order to avoid clashes and to maintain an effective running of the centre's examination system.

Administration Executive - MBA with at least 3 years of relevant work experience


Brief Job Profile:
• Administrative Executive at IIHMR is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services, including purchasing, procurement, and contract administration; general administrative services; facilities, property, safety, or space management.
• Managing the day to day activities in the office and helping the staff when and where ever required.
• Coordinating and Preparing of AMC’s of all office equipments for the concern location.
• Organizing Meetings & Events.
• Verification of bills pertaining to Admin.
• Hospitality and arrangements of Visitors.
• Booking of hotels, Air, Train & bus tickets.
• Coordinating and liaison with government officials.


Assistant Librarian - Masters degree & Degree in Library Science with minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience.


Brief Job Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in written and oral.
• Knowledge of Library Software and experience in computerization / Digitization of Library
• Should be a proactive service provider & a good team player.
• Managing Regular Library Services and facilities..
• Supervision of inventory.
• Managing the Periodical Section (we are receiving 121 journals plus have 2145 back volumes).
• Current Awareness Service.
• Assisting the Manager in library work, willing to work in night hours, weekend and/or on holidays as directed.

 

Marketing Executive Academics - MBA with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

Brief Job Profile:
• As a marketing executive, you would promote Institute Programs.
• Good PR Networking and Communication Skills
• It would be your job to come up with creative ways of communicating with customers.
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coming up with ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Sourcing & Arranging for advertisements to go into newspapers, magazines, etc.
• Organising the production of posters, flyers and brochures.
• Writing and distributing press releases and mailshots.
• Organising academic events and exhibitions.
• Liaising with designers and printers.
• Organising photo shoots.
 


Executive to Director - MBA with at least 3 years of relevant work experience


Brief Job Profile:
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of Director.
• Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
• Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of Director.
• Manage and maintain Director’s schedules.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
• Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.
• Supervise and train other clerical staff.
• Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
• Getting Information by observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
