AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi office for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrate. Finance Manager


8-10 Years Financial experience with 3-4 years experience as Finance manager for a large donor funded project, preferably USAID. CA/MBA in Finance required. Position responsibilities include preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, budgeting, Funds forecasting, reporting expenditure levels Vs Budget, liaison with the state and district offices, payroll, handling TDS matters including tax returns. Statutory compliance including handling RBI, FCRA, ROC filings, PF Rules and compliance, Knowledge and experience of Quick Books preferred. Position is based in Delhi and reports to the Director Finance and Administration.
