Food Fortification in Rajasthan under Integrated Program
Strategy, Rajasthan with
financial support from GAIN
SPECIALIST - PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION, LEGISLATION AND QUALITY
is to
provide inputs and ensure the implementation of the project in the
selected areas, co-ordinate and supervise the implementing agencies
selected in the area of production and distribution, legislation and
quality, finalised and participate in identification of industry (wheat
flour mills, oil mills , milk co-operatives) for the food fortification,
develop technical MOU for selecting industries in co-ordination with
implementing agencies liaison with industries representative,
Government/Public institutions and implementing agencies, co-ordinate
with other PMU cells for preparing monthly reports and feedback and
contribute in developing narrative and financial reports for GAIN India
office
Qualifications :
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition/
Management/ food technology/ food science/dairy technology/MBA
(Marketing)
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional
experience in designing, leading, developing and implementing a health
and nutrition strategy.
• Experience in strategic planning, program development, and
fund management
• Management skills and experience in supervising
multi-disciplinary teams; strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
excellent verbal and written communication, proven interpersonal and
intercultural skills, including flexibility and sensitivity.
SPECIALIST-SOCIAL MARKETING, COMMUNICATION AND ADVOCACY
Is to
provide inputs and ensure the implementation of the project in the
selected areas, Coordinate and supervise the implementing agencies
activities, Finalise the design Mass Media Advertising Plan in
coordination with Implementing Agency. Scout / Identify / Pin down
Advertising Agency for Mass Communication, Contribute in designing
campaign for building enabling environment for food fortification in the
state., Ensure development and printing of publicity material, Organise
Press Conferences and other Publicity Forums / Alternate Media
development. Develop technical MOU for selecting industries in
coordination with implementing agencies, Liaison with industries
representative, Government/Public institutions and implementing agencies.
Finalise and co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing monthly
reports and feedback. Contribute in developing narrative and financial
reports for GAIN
Qualifications :
• Doctorate or Master's degree/ Post Graduate in Mass
Communication/ Advertising or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional
experience in Social marketing/ Media Advocacy designing, leading,
developing and implementing a health and nutrition strategy at state/
national / international
• Experience in strategic planning, program development, and
fund management
• Management skills and experience in supervising
multi-disciplinary teams; strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
excellent verbal and written communication, proven interpersonal and
intercultural skills, including flexibility and sensitivity.
CAPACITY BUILDING OFFICER
Is to
Identify training / capacity building needs at four levels of
beneficiaries / providers / support channels and PMU, contribute in
developing strategy paper for building capacity of staff under the
project, Develop Training / capacity building workshop modules / contents
and plans, Identify Resource Persons, Coordinate with participants,
Organise workshops, record Maintenance, liaison with industries
representative, Government / Public institutions and implementing
agencies, co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing monthly reports
and feedback, contribute in developing narrative and financial reports
for GAIN India office.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Training and Development or MBA HR with one year of
relevant work experience .
MIS OFFICER
Is to
design and develop reporting format for designing MIS plan, co-ordinate
with the training officer in developing training material for MIS
training programme, generate feedback and validate the information for
monthly report by making field visits in sample areas, liaison with
industries representative, Government/Public institutions and
implementing agencies, co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing
monthly reports and feedback, contribute in developing narrative and
financial reports for GAIN India office.
Qualifications :
MBA/Post graduate in mathematics/statistics with desirable experience in
developing MIS in public health and nutrition programmes.
DATA ANALYST
Is to
be responsible for database design, security, and maintenance, Coding
accurately variables from original information or data and completing
statistical analyses as required, Monitoring and maintaining the quality
nature of database systems, Sharing the knowledge of analysis techniques
and data coding with other staff, Working with research staff to design
and develop statistical analysis plan, which addresses projected research
questions, Participating in ongoing decisions concerning data
collections, study design, methodology, and data analysis, liaison with
industries representative, Government/Public institutions and
implementing agencies, co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing
monthly reports and feedback, contribute in developing narrative and
financial reports for GAIN India office.
Qualification :
Master's degree in computer science / software management/data management
with relevant experience in health and nutrition programmes.
RESEARCH OFFICER
Is to
design and conduct the research on the project, organize and co-ordinate
the baseline and end line survey, monitor and supervise the assessment
study, develop and write research brief, research articles, liaison with
industries representative, Government/Public institutions and
implementing agencies, co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing
monthly reports and feedback, To contribute in developing narrative and
financial reports for GAIN India office.
Qualifications :
Post
graduate in public health/nutrition/social sciences with relevant
experience.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (HR and Admin. Officer)
Is to
maintain office work including HR day to day office management, Manage
procurement and logistic for project equipments/supply, Prepare the legal
MOUs/TORs for hiring services under the project, Recruitment and training
in coordination with PD and Capacity building officer, Organise
workshops, Record, register Maintenance, liaison with industries
representative, Government/Public institutions and implementing agencies,
co-ordinate with other PMU cells for preparing monthly reports and
feedback, contribute in developing narrative and financial reports for
GAIN India office.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in logistic and procurement or MBA HR with 2-3 years of
relevant work experience.
