AED, an international NGO based in Washington DC and with field office in more then 55 countries is seeking qualified Indian nationals to work in the New Delhi office for a USAID-funded project in Institutional Strengthening and Behavior Change Communication (BCC). The project is funded for three years with a possibility for extension. All positions required excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in USAID-funded projects is highly desirable as well as working in public health. Computer skills and standard office software expertise must to demonstrate. 10 year administrative experience with at least 3-5 years experience as an office manager for a large donor funded project. Bachelor’s degree required. Position responsibilities include supervising administrative staff and drivers, managing office travel, maintaining office files, identifying workshop venues, maintaining supplies, maintaining attendance and leave records, preparing Requests for Proposals and selecting vendors of office supplies and services and equipment, documenting the selection process, among other things.
