As Director of the Coady Institute and University Vice President you report to the President of St. Francis Xavier University and are a member of the University’s Executive Team.  You will provide the compelling vision and strategic direction that will continue to position the Coady Institute as a knowledge leader and innovator.  Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will drive expansion of the Coady’s educational programming, research and partnership development initiatives.  You will ensure the Institute’s fiscal health through ongoing fundraising, innovative campaigns and donor stewardship.  In your capacity as Vice President, you will contribute directly to the University’s overall direction while cultivating opportunities to create leverage between the Coady Institute and the University more broadly.
